Candidate talks with the Test Lead about best practices in testing, tools & frameworks at use and current structure in team. Candidate may ask questions. Together, a common ground is determined.

Feedback

Candidate receives feedback on tech, personality and overall recruitment. Candidate rates the recruitment process.

Hiring & on-boarding

Together with the candidate, we set up a transparent B2B or employer contract. Candidate gets practical introduction to company culture, gets a mentor and together we set up a learning path.
