Interview with manager (45 min)

Candidate talks with the CEO about plans and expectations. Together they determine common ground and cultural fit.

Feedback

Candidate receives feedback on tech, personality and overall recruitment. Candidate rates the recruitment process.

Hiring & on-boarding

Together with the candidate, we set up a transparent B2B or employer contract. Candidate gets practical introduction to company culture, gets a mentor and together we set up a learning path.
