Core info about tech stack and expectations from candidate

Pretalk (25 min)​

Candidate get core info about company, the position as Tech Lead Backend/PHP and the recruitment process. Recruiter ask few questions. Candidate can ask questions.

Testing stage

Online test (60 min)​

Candidate is presented an online test which is done in own environment and is limited to approx. 60 min. It consists of of some few tasks in PHP and SQL. A score is produced. For high-level tech leads, this step could be skipped.

Interview stage

Interview with CTO (45 min)

Candidate talks with CTO about tech-vision of company, tech-stack at high-level and structure in team/company. Candidate may ask questions. Together, a common ground is determined.

Interview with Tech Lead (60 min)​

Candidate talks with Tech Lead about specifics of tech-stack, requirements of role and tools & frameworks. Candidate may ask questions. A match is determined.

Feedback

Candidate receives feedback on tech, personality and overall recruitment. Candidate rates the recruitment process.

Hiring & on-boarding

Together with the candidate, we set up a transparent B2B or employer contract. Candidate gets practical introduction to company culture, gets a mentor and together we set up a learning path.
